Annex 1 to the Software as a Service Agreement

I. FREE

1. Access Rights
  1. Access to a personalized workspace hosted under an individual subdomain
  2. Access to tools for conversational AI, document integration, and backend configuration
  3. Access to a language model
2. Scope of Functions
  1. Platform usage is measured in interactions. One interaction equals approximately 75,000 tokens. 50 interactions per contract month.
  2. Upload of up to 3 documents, each with a maximum size of 512KB, to improve assistant knowledge
  3. Language model: GPT-3.5 or newer
  4. Availability of at least 12 hours per day
  5. Unlimited public access permitted
  6. Maximum of 2 hours onboarding and self-service support

II. PRO

1. Access Rights
  1. Access to a personalized workspace hosted under an individual subdomain
  2. Access to tools for conversational AI, document integration, and backend configuration
  3. Access to a language model
2. Scope of Functions
  1. Platform usage is measured in interactions. One interaction equals approximately 75,000 tokens. 100 to 10,000 interactions per contract month.
  2. Upload of up to 25 documents, each with a maximum size of 1 MB, to improve assistant knowledge
  3. Language model: GPT-4o or newer
  4. Availability up to 24 hours per day with a 95% uptime target
  5. Unlimited public access permitted
  6. 2 to 5 hours onboarding and self-service support per month (depending on package)
  7. Data hosting in a Microsoft Azure datacenter specified by the customer (subject to availability)
