Your plan includes a monthly quota of interactions. One interaction equals approx. 100k tokens, which corresponds to an average conversation. Once your quota is reached, service access is paused unless you upgrade or extend it.

Yes, you can upload FAQs, manuals, and other relevant documents to enhance your assistant’s knowledge. However: You are responsible for the content’s accuracy and legality. Make sure to make the Assistant private if you upload sensitive information.
